Complaints procedure

At The Park Dental Practice, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service to all our patients. However, if you are ever unhappy with any aspect of your experience, we welcome your feedback and take complaints very seriously. 

We encourage patients to raise concerns directly with a member of our team so we can address them promptly and professionally. Formal complaints can be submitted in writing or by email to our Practice Manager at reception@theparkdentalpractice.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within three working days and provide a full response following a thorough investigation within ten working days. Your feedback helps us improve and ensures we continue to deliver the quality care our patients expect and deserve.
