The Park Dental Practice is located at 4 Canons Corner, Edgware, HA8 8AE. For any enquiries, you can contact us at reception@theparkdentalpractice.uk. These Terms & Conditions apply to all patients and visitors using our services or accessing our website.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or in person. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to book future slots.
3. Payments
All treatments must be paid for at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. A deposit may be required for some advanced treatments. Our current fees are available at theparkdentalpractice.uk/fees.
4. Treatment Plans
After a consultation, a treatment plan including costs and options will be provided. It is the patient’s responsibility to understand and agree to the plan before treatment begins. If changes are made during the course of treatment, a revised plan will be discussed and agreed upon.
5. Data Protection
We comply with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. Your personal data is kept secure and is only used for treatment, billing, and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent unless legally required.
6. Patient Conduct
We expect all patients to treat our team and other patients with courtesy and respect. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of care at our discretion.
7. Emergency Care
We aim to accommodate dental emergencies as promptly as possible. Emergency slots are subject to availability and are prioritised based on urgency.
